If something like that happened (God forbid), it wouldn’t be because of little crescent moon stickers, it would be because of some monster’s murderous hatred. AFAIK, little crescent moon stickers have never killed anyone.

What if you accidentally ate a piece of fruit without removing the little cresent moon sticker and choked on it?
