I guess if I had been nearly killed by terrorists last month, I’d call that a feel-good tweet too.

Someone responded to the (original) tweeter’s post that those are actually Palestinian security forces.

I did some googling and it looks like she may very well be right (see results here and here). Haaretz has a pretty good article on them:
