And is there any place in the world where that’s the penalty? Has there been such a place any time within this century? Maybe Romania’s Ceaucescu would have done that, but he’s 20th century and he met pretty much the same end as did Mussolini so he’s not going to get copycats eager to follow in his footsteps.

*Let alone decent and defensible. But sometimes things happen that are indecent and indefensible. Just—-not so brazenly. This proposal doesn’t pass the upchuck test. Not one US representative would endorse it, not one big-box church pastor would endorse it. Not one rabbi, or mullah, or imam, or priest. The leadership of the country, across the spectrum, will either not deign to give the issue the time of day since no one with any sway is proposing it, or will denounce it for the bloody madness it is.

Listen to LLH. This is a total non-issue you pathetic, sensitive, libtard cock-fags. Senators like Rand Paul would never introduce something as insane as a fetal personhood bill. There’s no way a country like Kenya would sentence a nurse to death for taking part in an abortion. A US state like Georgia would never actually consider legislation that applied the death penalty to abortion. Actual Reverends like Michael Bray would never, ever write books like “A Time to Kill” entirely dedicated to the idea of legitimizing the killing of people involved in abortions.

All your concerns are silly and stupid and retarded and totally based on an imbalance of your hysterical humors. Lostlakehiker is a very serious commenter and not at all selling you a pile of conservative apologist horse shit and denial.
