Napolitano is an interesting case study. He’s a (apparently) gay Catholic pro-life anti-capital punishment natural law favoring libertarian who regularly sides with Republicans. He’s also a former judge who, despite being a litigator, sat on the bench for criminal matters.

I have no idea what to make of him, but given his “no abortion under any circumstances” position, I’m not entirely sure he’s the best person to listen to on this issue. Seriously, his wikipedia page sums up his abortion position like this:
