For clarity VB, it is the DCCC (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee) and not the DNC directly.
But it is confusing. I never knew there was a DCCC. I wonder if they work under the view of the DNC or are they independent?
Maybe this is another problem the Democrats have. Would it be best to have a bigger DNC and they are looked to for money, advice and help by all Democratic candidates. Maybe it would all be a more cohesive message if everything was top down as far as message.
Two different groups—and even with the issues I have with the DNC, the DCCC only deals with the House (they call it D triple C—which I think stands for Dumb Confused Crass Clowns) is totally horrible. Had an experience with them during a primary a few years ago that convinced me to never give them a dime ever again.
