[snip] I think a lot of this is a mindset where people refuse to acknowledge the change that has happened in the world. I have old newspapers from Johnstown that talk about the steel mills closing in the mid 70’s. Long before NAFTA, long before Reagan even. Times have changed. These people need to realize that. Just as the far left should realize, we’re not going to get socialism overnight if at all.

I don’t want socialism, nor do I want unrestrained capitalism. Something in-between seems the best bet.
