I’m from the land of thin crust pizza (NYC metro) and thin crust is an art form in these parts.
Thick crust isn’t pizza. It’s a savory torte.

I know, most pizza lovers think Chicago-style pizza is basically lasagna made with bread instead of pasta, but when I eat pizza, I want to eat pizza, not cardboard topped with cheese and sauce.
