Looks like the EU is going to let UK citizens travel to the EU without needing to fork out for a Schengen visa. Essentially it’s the same terms as the Visa, but only 7 Euros every three years. The only problem: Spain managed to a dig in about Gibraltar in the agreement, and the UK are not too pleased.

What is Gibraltar then? Am exclave? A territory? Sounds like a colony to me.
