I can’t call this strange because I was aware of the pilgrimage by Breslover Hasidim to Uman, Ukraine every year at Rosh Hashanah, and it’s not like there haven’t been difficulties in past pilgrimages, but this year, we have the ‘rona and it reads like a 2020 Apocalypse Bingo Card entry:
