Once took an inspection team to a remote Italian base where the local town didn’t have tourists or English-speakers. Ordering from the menu broke down into pantomime, highlighted when the waitress acted-out ‘anitra’, (duck).

My favorite Italian waiter pantomime was rabbit. =:^)
