Probably so. Hey by the way, so that audiobook of Into Thin Air? The audiable version I found seems to be narrated by one Phillip Franklin but I found a shorer one read by Krautner himsel.

I don’t recall now if Krakauer narrated. You definitely want the full version. no matter who reads it.
