Likewise, working on The Beast isn’t all fun and games. For one thing, every time I light the fire, there’s always a risk that it could quite literally light on fire, which makes it a bit nerve-wracking. For another thing, it never behaves the same way twice when I start it; its unpredictability makes it a bit maddening when I just want to slide behind the wheel and take a cruise.

Oh, I don’t know, having your car burst into flames could add some excitement to your otherwise hum-drum existence. That (among other things-like wheels falling off) is why I never try to fix my vehicles. I have a very reliable mechanic.
