The reason that Fox News personalities (using that term loosely) keep engaging in misogynistic behavior that extends all the way to sexual harassment is because the entire leadership at Fox News tolerated and condoned the behavior all along.

From the gam cams to ignoring sexual harassment all around the network, it created a hostile work environment where louts like O’Reilly and others engaged in awful behavior.

The network continues to run nonstop agitprop to cover for the lecherous Trump too. This is not a mistake. It’s a deflection and projection.

Trump is in serious trouble and now Fox is setting the stage for their viewers to ignore the rule of law because their preferred seditious bastard and his cronies are in legal jeopardy.
