Thanks, that was a good jumping off point to dig into. From my initial peak, looks like Groundwork was Clintonâs Narwhal. Interestingly, I canât find a post-game report on it yet.
This was kind of where the coverage I saw left off:

Obviously I havenât gone too deep yet. She had something though and one of the articles all but called it an heir to Narwhal. Lots of other factors in the articles may create a narrative that exposes some short-comings but I donât see a wholesale failure to continue what Obama campaign 2012 did. If anything, Iâm curious as hell about how Twitlerâs campaign seemed to be so behind so late in the game.
