Thanks, that was a good jumping off point to dig into. From my initial peak, looks like Groundwork was Clinton’s Narwhal. Interestingly, I can’t find a post-game report on it yet.

This was kind of where the coverage I saw left off:

Obviously I haven’t gone too deep yet. She had something though and one of the articles all but called it an heir to Narwhal. Lots of other factors in the articles may create a narrative that exposes some short-comings but I don’t see a wholesale failure to continue what Obama campaign 2012 did. If anything, I’m curious as hell about how Twitler’s campaign seemed to be so behind so late in the game.
