I admit I’m scrolling right by a lot of this debate. And I mean no disrespect especially to my friends here. False equivalence is false equivalence.

To me, just crazy me, until Donald Trump has to at least apologize if not step down for the horrible things he says and claims on twitter and elsewhere, it’s all missing the point. Grace or change comes from the top down. Especially in the peoples house.

For 8 years, we were told that any time the man so much as belched, it was a hit to “public civility” and the degradation of such was because he was setting a “low standard” with his behavior. But we get a two-bit conman whose response to being caught on tape saying “Grab’em by the pussy” is to argue that that was supposed to be private in the White House…and the same crowd moans that it’s his opponents who are the ones who are hurting “public civility.”
