In her defense, I do think Duckworth’s comment was ill-timed and ill-advised (if nothing else because it feeds the MSM’s ravenous appetite for “Dems in disarray” drivel). However, Ocasio-Cortez would’ve been better off giving this guy’s example as a rebuttal:

(Yes, yes, I know. He voted for Trump -_- However, the reason he’s winning in blood-red West Virginia as a Democrat is because of his pro-union stance (which helped Connor Lamb, as well). So it’s just downright dumb to dismiss pro-worker positions as something only progressives in deep-blue districts can pull off).
