You’re thinking of the Processo. Peron was the Nazi lover :). The Processo was the right wing military dictatorship in the 70 that kidnapped children from political dissident women and then killed their mothers. Terrible stuff. I had no idea about it until I took a class on that region. I believe Pinochet, a man who has many admirers in the current right did the same thing in Chile.
