So… Obama was saying that “here”, the US Secret Service would shoot him? Or he’s talking about Chicago, and impugning Chicago cops as being racist, trigger-happy thugs? WTF?

The part of President Obama’s joke I don’t get is didn’t he live in a well-to-do area of Chicago?
