Guns are a unique danger, yes. But one of my dogs has now gotten into massive amounts of edibles twice. And he avidly seeks them out now, or tries to. We, however, thought he was dying because the first time he spent a day and a half totally looped out and basically slowly walking around and staring at things. He’s 40 pounds. I would not want a toddler to get into my edibles.

I am a 200lb guy and a couple pot brownies can knock me on my ass. I’m not anti-pot, thanks to the new laws in MA I have a plant growing in my basement. I just don’t think you should underestimate the potency of modern marijuana when it comes to children.
