Actually, “we,” or at least those who get some of our tax money as salaries, lock up women all the time in most jurisdictions for accepting “nice presents” of $20 or $50 or $100 for a “date” in a car seat or a hot crib joint. Probably there’s some kind of threshhold above which this doesn’t happen. I’d imagine $130,000 is over that limit.
