I wasn’t alive in the 60’s but it really feels to me that being a racist jerk is in vogue. Trump has really encouraged people to be bigots.

Because we have been given the impression that White Supremacy and alt-right fascism are just points along the political spectrum and not something that is totally anathema to American values.
