“Cancel Culture” is “Political Correctness” with the serial numbers filed off. It’s the same idea in a new coat: Racists, bigots, sexists, and other assorted assholes angry that they’re no longer welcome in polite society. The best example I’ve seen in recent years was Dave Chappelle moaning about “Cancel Culture” because all his old jokes are no longer getting the laughs they once did.
