That really is the sticking point. The fucker PLED GUILTY. He admitted he did it. You’d have to have a SERIOUSLY legit land legally sound reason for dismissing a case given the plea and I highly doubt the DOJ or Flynns lawyers can come up with one that will satisfy a judge.
