Destro was comparing Abu Ghraib with the orders-of-magnitude worse actions of the Bosnian Serbs. Iraqis prison did have rape rooms but that was under another of Destro’s “Middle East Heroes”, Saddam Hussein.

Overall, his comments also made clear he is still suffering from 3rd-stage Bush Derangement Syndrome (BDS).

So many contradictions.
