Brown was unarmed. He wasn’t an imminent threat to anybody just running away. Whatever public safety angle Wison might have claimed flew out the window when he shot while running after him and missed, sending bullets into nearby homes.

There’s literally zero justification for the officer’s actions here.

How can you be so sure that is how the legalities will actually play out? Again I made it clear by delineating legal from moral above.
