On Morning Joke. There was a discussion with Michael Hayden about “What would it take for the CIC to launch a Nuke” under the premis that the CIC was mentally unstable. Answer: The system is set up for decisive action and speed not debate.
That said Trump was in a briefing with a national security expert a month ago and ask 3 times in an hour meeting why we couldn’t use nukes.
Inquiring minds want to know……

The short answer to Comrade Combover: “Do you want Russia using nukes? Because if we start using nukes, they will start using them. As will China & Pakistan. You’ll also give Iran a green light to shred the nuclear deal and start the reactors back up.”
