That is a good point and then he dishonestly suggested it was the same thing when Clinton opposed Obama in 2008. Big difference between a wide open primary field in 2008 and an incumbent president four years later. and Bernie’s been around long enough to know that but he knew that a lot of his young supporters wouldn’t get that. He played on those kids naivete and it’s sad but he made a lot of them just as bitter as he is.
