2013 may work. Far be for me to praise Romney or McCain but as GOP nominees, they did not sing Putin’s praises.

Romney criticized Putin so pointedly that Dems thought he’d gone a little overboard.

Which is why Putin quashed the idea of Romney being Secretary of State; why they approved Tillerson.
