A few years ago Charles was one of us but he has made a swing in political opinion as drastic as Arriana Huffington made after she left the McLaughlin Group

Charles wasn't "one of you" a few years ago if he isn't one of you now. He has always pointed out rabid extremism, and done the fact checking of political pundits on the air that the media was never willing to do. During the previous 8 years most of the noise (read: outright lies and deception) was coming from the left because the white house had a Republican in it, and now the tables have turned. Charles is still doing what he does, the noise machine has simply changed sides with the white house.
