Anarchy is what Trump’s already achieved without any help or effort by any conspiracy.

Trump hasn’t bothered to nominate anyone for 100s of key positions throughout the US government. When he has nominated people, they’ve been incompetent know nothings who are ignorant, incompetent, or both. Worse, some have been intent on gutting the very departments they were nominated to run (sabotaging from the inside).

The GOP essentially rubber stamped each and every one of those nominations. They have enabled this anarchy.

Of course Congressional GOPers are in no better shape to run things, because their only goal is destroying government as we know it to provide tax cuts for the rich. Indeed, just this morning it was reported that Orin Hatch indicated that the GOP is looking to loosen the requirement that any tax plan has to be balanced over a 10 year period (looking for ways to maximize tax cuts without balancing the budget) as a way to get around the regular order.
