Repeal of the recent California gas tax is losing by 10%, as is a proposition that would have given older home owners an even bigger tax break under Prop 13.

A proposition that would have allowed cities to institute new rent control laws is also losing by 30 points.

Prop 10 goes down…unlike rents which will continue to go thru the roof…
