French Conseil Constitutionnel: 10 members (+2 who could sit but don’t want to).
German Federal Court of Justice: more than 90 judges.
Court of Justice of the European Union: 1 judge from each of the 27 EU members.
Frankly the US supreme court is rather understaffed.
Oh, yes, Venezuelan supreme tribunal of justice: 32 judges.
Realistically, we should have a minimum 13 judges in order to have one for each circuit.
