If I’m reading them right, I’m behind you 100%.

A “moderate” Republican will eventually knife you in the back in order maintain bona fides with the main corps of lunatics. Just a matter of “when”, not “if”.

I love the motherfuckers who profess to be horrified at Trump and then immediately let you know their ‘only’ options are to stay home at election time, or keep voting GOP because that’s all they know, despite all evidence the party’s gone full white fascist (the Dark Falcon effect).

The GOP cannot be reformed from within. Any Republican who professes to be an anti-Trumper can start by leaving the party and doing what they can to oppose it in all general elections.

The dominant trend in the GOP has been consistently toward Trumpism for at least the last 50 years, and arguably for much longer than that.
