Made two batches of homemade chorizo tonight. One’s for dinner tomorrow (going into a butternut squash, chickpea, and Brussels sprouts salad with a cumin lime viniagrette dressing and probably some feta cheese and pomegranate seeds) and the other into the freezer for cooking up some other night.
I feel all virtuous and productive …except there’s still a ton of stuff on my to do list. Dammit.
