The problem, as I see it, is that we’re rapidly approaching a Constitutional crisis point. The pile of circumstantial evidence around the election being legit rigged is mounting. However, we can’t just declare the election results invalid on their face. And does the “high crimes and misdemeanors” clause only apply once Drumpf has taken office? So would collusion during his campaign constitute an impeachable offense? I sense a lawhawk in this thread, perhaps he could assist?

Those are tangential questions, IMO. “High crimes and misdemeanors” ultimately means whatever Congress wants it to mean.
