Not sure what narrow approval of a Skinny Repeal gets anyone, especially the GOP Senate. If the House doesn’t approve the Senate bill it will go to Conference, and the resulting bill would then still have to get 50 votes in the Senate. Any bill from a conference committee would likely be worse than anything Senate GOP “moderates” have been against in the Senate already.
