Anyhow, what’s always amused me about conservatives is how they’re able to accept overreach on a state or local level i.e. sodomy laws, drug laws, etc or on a corporate level. I could honestly respect though not really agree with conservatives/libertarians if they conceded that states and corporations can go too far too but they don’t by and large. Ron Paul rightfully IMO condemned the drug war but ignored things like state laws that were quite Draconian and the rise of private prisons.
