I’m not sure. What’s interesting for me is I have fairly close for a white dude (third cousins) who are immigrants. They even have our family’s surname still.

Only four people in my family carry my surname: my mother, my sister, my son, and me.

Our family lineage is likely to end, as neither my son nor my sister are interested in having children.
