Ilhan and Rashida both have criticisms of Israel and Israeli policies towards Palestinians.

That is not the same as Trump explicitly making anti-Semitic comments about Jews, dual loyalty anti-Semitic tropes, and equating goddamned Nazis with the people protesting them.

These are not the same. No matter how much the right wing extremists want to, they aren’t the same.

Not supporting everything Israel does doesn’t mean you’re anti-Semitic. Jews don’t agree on what Israel is doing. Not agreeing with Bibi or Trump on Israel doesn’t make you anti-Semitic.

Questioning the loyalty of Jews who don’t support Israel and Trump is an explicit callback to anti-Semitic tropes.

And that doesn’t begin to capture the anti-Semitic stuff Trump has said in tweets, meetings, and on video.
