Hmm. NPR just reporting on his “speech” called it a “Victory rally”, notes that he “remains the third president impeached” and referred to his delivery itself as “unleashed a diatribe”. Now admittedly he won’t understand the big words, but I find it interesting they are being the Anti-NYTimes in this.
