McConnell just set up a procedural vote on Senate GOP COVID-19 relief bill for later this week. He filed cloture on motion to concur in House amdt to S.178 (UIGHUR “shell” bill), with further amdt (text of Senate GOP COVID-19 relief bill). 60 votes will be needed to advance it.
