Why would that be remarkable? Most people are not on social media.

The closest I get is LGF (does this count as social media?) and Disqus (which has no identifying information). No one in my family regardless of where they live is on social media.

1 in 3 Americans are on Facebook. 1 in 5 are on Twitter. Not most people but it’s a lot. I think out of every single person I know, I’m talking several hundred people here all over the country and in other countries (including people in towns with like 5 people in the middle of Montana and Wyoming) maybe a couple dozen are not on Facebook.

Point is, it’s not weird to think it’s weird to not be in social media.
