I don’t think it has BUIS (I’m still waiting the 10 days for pickup, so I don’t have it on hand to look at it and can’t remember) but I want to use it for 200 & 300 yd targets, and maybe shoot in the competitions that SBRGC has from time to time. I can’t hit the broad side of a barn past 100 yards with any of my father’s rifles so I will need a scope.

When my grandfather passed away, he left his reloading equipment to my father, and it will go to me eventually, but its been sitting on the floor in my fathers dining room in boxes for 9 years now. I don’t know if he knows how to use it but you can be damn sure I’m going to learn it and use it.

simple is good: scopes, etc are great, but it’s always good to have a back up, just like if i was going boar hunting with my 308 bolt action, i’d carry the 357 or 44 revolver.
