Good grief. It’s like he has absolutely no awareness that Gawker’s lawyers are reading this crap, and will definitely use it against him. Chuck is just not right in the head.

He’s also commented about his deposition on Facebook, too. It’s like he thinks he’s untouchable, or something. There’s a reason people tell reporters they can’t comment on a pending legal case if they are one of the parties in the suit.

Chuck on cross-examination would quite likely screw up and incriminate himself and others.
