David French is a #NeverTrumper who was briefly mentioned earlier this year as a possible challenger to Trump from the conservative side. I’m not a fan of his politics, but nobody, NOBODY deserves the kind of harassment he and his family have been receiving from the Trumpistas.

I thought I’d never say this but the Trumpistas make the Scientologists look like amateurs in their harassment of their “enemies.”

I agree 100% - no one deserves this kind of treatment. But National Review is very much responsible for creating the climate that led to the rise of Donald Trump and his thuggish followers, and they’ll never accept that responsibility even though it’s biting them on the keester now.
