“next level” as in crueler? That is demonstrably untrue.

Regular non-kosher slaughterhouse cattle have their heads bashed in with sledgehammers. Sometimes it takes two or three hits. Downer cattle may be ill for days before being killed while they lay on the ground sick; they’re still processed just like the rest.

Kosher slaughter is one quick slice of the carotid with a super-sharp knife, they bleed out in seconds.
