Since the resolution’s coming out of the House Rules Committee, the ranking member Tom Cole is up to bitch that the whole thing is “unfair” and there’s “no due process.”

Hes right there is no due process
Because this is a house vote on a resolution
Due process doesn’t apply
Neither does the infield fly rule

They keep using those words….
