And she’s very stressed. She’s worked 2 jobs for the last ten years, at least, and she was also ill and working all last month.

As soon as she gets out, I’m taking her to my house. And I’m going to give her idiot free-loading sister a major piece of my mind!

She’s lucky to have a friend like you. Working sick and fatigued likely caused the stress that led to the heart attack.
