How far does it go—I refer women having ectopic pregnancies that will kill them if they are allowed to grow to the gynecologists who perform the abortions will full knowledge of what they intend to do. Does that make me an accessory to first degree murder?

I guess if the woman has to carry that pregnancy to term, we can charge the fetus with murder then?
