As I watched the video, clearly there are edits at the end of the segment. The male reporter is trying to get a word in, but we never see that. So, I did a little search, and I’ll post the events that occurred before the interview—in which PJ actually does object to the sign and statements. And there are events that occurred after the interview—where the weather reporter expresses a degree of disgust over what just went over their airwaves.

Here’s the after and before.

After I watched all of this, to me, the reporter comes off looking like the fool—one poor decision after another, and nearly provoking a fight as the big guy, whose job must be to protect the reporter, has to get into a position that I’m sure he doesn’t want to be.

Good finds. Those videos underline my point very well — this is a totally dishonest attack. The definition of a sleazy smear.
